DATA AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

What We Do With Your Data and How We Protect It

We collect only what we need to run your account, verify identity, process PayPal and Venmo transactions, and comply with state-level reporting requirements. Nothing is sold to third-party advertisers. Here is how we handle the four areas that matter most to you.

Data Collection and Retention

We keep account data for as long as state law and payment-processor agreements require. When those periods expire, records are deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to confirm your retention period at any time via the policy email path.

Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in across your phone and desktop browsers without requiring a fresh PIN each time. Analytics cookies track aggregate usage only — no individual behavioral profiles are shared externally.

Account Security Practices

Account access uses a one-time passcode layer on top of your password. If we detect a login from an unrecognized device — say, switching from your usual phone to a new browser in Charlotte — we prompt re-verification before the…

Requesting Changes or Corrections

If any information on your account is inaccurate, submit a correction request through the Privacy section in Account Settings. Identity documents can be re-uploaded there too, and updated details flow to your PayPal and Play+ linked records automatically.

How to Reach Us About Legal or Account Questions

Policy questions deserve a direct answer, not a generic FAQ bounce. Use any of the three channels below to ask about your data, request a copy of your account record, dispute a transaction, or ask for clarification on any clause in our terms. We route legal and data requests to a dedicated handling queue separate from general account help.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from any page while logged in. State that your question is a legal or privacy matter and it routes to the policy queue, not general support.
Email — Policy Requests Send legal and data-request emails to our policy address listed in your account settings under Help. Include your account username and the specific clause or data type you are asking about.
Account Settings Panel For data-download requests or consent updates, go to Account Settings, select Privacy, and submit the request form directly. Changes apply to your record within the window stated on that screen.

Straight Answers to Common Legal Questions

If your question is not covered here, use the live chat or policy email path. These answers reflect how our terms actually work — not a generalized summary.

No. Access depends on whether your state law permits online casino and sportsbook activity. We check your location at login, and ineligible states are blocked at the account level before any funds can move.

We collect your name, address, date of birth, and a government-issued ID for identity verification. We also log payment method details — such as your linked PayPal or Venmo account — to process transactions and meet state reporting obligations.

Retention periods depend on state law and payment-processor requirements. Most records are kept for the period those rules specify, then deleted or anonymized. Contact us via the policy email to confirm the period that applies to your account.

Yes. Submit a data-download request through Account Settings under Privacy. We compile your record and deliver it through your account dashboard. The delivery window is stated on the request screen at the time you submit.

Your rights with PayPal or Venmo under their own agreements remain intact. When a reversal request comes in, we open a documented review, notify you by email, and work through the conflict using both your payment provider's process and our internal account wallet terms.

We post advance notice on the site before any terms update takes effect. You will also see a banner in your account dashboard prompting you to review the changes before your next session continues. We do not apply retroactive changes to existing transactions.
